We have two categories we look for 1) We look for Ugly Vacant Houses with NO “For Sale” sign on them. We don’t need help finding properties listed with Realtors® and 2) Homes that are For Sale By Owner (FSBO) and Homes that are For Rent By Owner (FRBO). Where you fit in is, helping us locate those properties. All you need is transportation, a digital camera, internet access, a little time – on your schedule and a desire to make some great extra money.

You submit the leads, we begin the marketing process to try and reach the seller, make them and offer and we will purchase many of those houses. The good news is you get paid nicely when we buy and "CLOSE" on the deals you submit. The more leads you submit, the more checks you will collect.

How You Will Make Money

You will make money by finding us “leads” for houses that fit our criteria. We provide all the training and guidance you need so your time and effort is maximized and you receive the greatest reward for your effort.

For leads that meet our simple criteria and we purchase them, all you do is spot the vacant house, FSBO or FRBO properties, take a few digital photos, jot down a little information and you’re on your way to the next lead. If you keep up the pace, you can easily earn a couple thousand dollars a month with no limit. That’s why we say “You Set The Pay Rate”.

Once you join our team, you’ll get training and guidance on the most effective ways to easily recognize vacant houses, how to canvas specific areas without back tracking or wasting time, how to easily submit your leads and how you’ll get paid promptly for your effort.
